The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

3.4 Registration of an Account does not guarantee access to all features or games available on the Platform. starbet may restrict certain products based on regulatory requirements, risk assessments, or technical limitations applicable to the Player's registered jurisdiction.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. starbet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.2 You must notify starbet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account by contacting our customer support team.
4.3 You agree to keep your registered personal information current and accurate at all times. Changes to your mobile number, email address, or other registration details must be submitted to starbet through the Account settings or via customer support.
4.4 You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to your place of residence. starbet does not warrant that access to the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions, and it is your responsibility to verify local legal requirements before registering or placing wagers.
4.5 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise deal with your Account or any rights attached to it.
Deposits to your starbet Account are accepted through the payment methods listed on the Platform, which include GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT. All Account Balances are maintained in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
starbet does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. By depositing, you confirm that the payment method used is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party sources may be reversed and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals may be requested to eligible payment methods registered in your own name. starbet reserves the right to require additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200.
Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are indicative only and may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or pending verification.
starbet reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, AML concerns, bonus abuse, or pending verification obligations.
All transactions on starbet are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Where a Player deposits in a different denomination (such as USDT), the conversion to PHP will be applied at the rate prevailing at the time the deposit is processed. starbet is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the PHP value of cryptocurrency deposits.
6.1 All Wagers placed on starbet are subject to the specific rules applicable to each Game, which are available within the respective game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that Game.
6.2 A Wager, once confirmed by the Player and accepted by the Platform's system, is binding and cannot be cancelled by the Player except where expressly permitted by the relevant game rules.
6.3 In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or software malfunction that affects the integrity of a Game round, starbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts.

6.6 starbet reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline Wagers from any Player at its sole discretion, including where pattern analysis suggests advantage play, system exploitation, or other activity inconsistent with recreational gambling.
7.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by starbet are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion ("Promotion Terms"). Promotion Terms are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 Unless otherwise specified in Promotion Terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the starbet Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, starbet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 starbet shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, even if starbet has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
13.1 starbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where:
13.2 Where an Account is suspended or closed due to Player breach, any Balance and Winnings attributable to the breach may be forfeited. Where suspension or closure is imposed for regulatory or verification reasons, verified balances not attributable to any breach will be returned to the Player following completion of applicable procedures.
13.3 A Player may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting starbet customer support. Verified Account Balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. starbet operates to serve Filipino players and undertakes to act in good faith in accordance with applicable online gaming regulatory frameworks.
